近年、数MeV～十数MeVの比較的低いエネルギー領域におけるイオン照射を利用した超伝導線材の開発が進められている。 本稿では、重いAuイオン照射が、鉄カルコゲナイドFeSe0.5Te0.5超伝導薄膜内に形成する結晶欠陥と超伝導特性との関係について報告した。
