2025年11月5日-7日に福岡国際会議場で開催された The 2nd International Symposium on Advanced Power Packaging (ISAPP) において修士2年生の大久保佳則さん、修士1年生の中山駿さん、学部4年生の上馬健翔さんがポスター発表を行いました。また中山さんがExcellent Student Poster Awardを受賞しました。
大久保さんの発表タイトルは「Topology Optimization for Current Imbalance Reduction in Parallel SiC/GaN Power Modules」、
中山さんの発表タイトルは「Investigation of common-mode noise reduction in three-phase inverter circuit using impedance balancing based on changing the parasitic capacitance configuration」、
上馬さんの発表タイトルは「Experimental Verification of Ringing Suppression Effects by RC Snubber Circuit in Double Pulse Test」です。
