Ms. Ha, an internatilnal master course student, received the Nitta Memorial Award^* for her research on “Solution-processed In-Si-O thin film transistor fabricated via spin-coating method”.

The award is founded in memory of the first Dean of School of Science and a Professor Emeritus Isamu Nitta.
